What about the delivery?
Orders placed before 12.00 ours will be sent the same day by the Dutch TPG, after payment is received. Dasje.nl is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the shipment company TPG. For orders ment as a gift for someone else the invoice will be sent seperately to the sender of the gift (after payment has been received). Delivery on sundays and holidays is not posible.
Shipment costs are based on the principle of flat fee and are calculated at a price of € 5 each order. If nessesary further comments or instructions will be mailed after ordering.

What are the payment options?
* For payment by creditcard Dasje.nl uses the services of PayPal. This way the security of you're privacy is garanteed. For creditcard users without a Paypal account payment is also possible. After you're order is processed Dasje.nl automaticaly receives a confirmation of payment and you're order will be sent.
* Orders can also be placed by payment in advance. Relevant information about payment in advance is placed here. When the payment is received in full the order will be shipped out the same day. You will receive confirmation by email.

Delivery of each order will be processed after full payment is confirmed. This means that if yust the purchased products are payed the order can only be sent after payment of the shipment costs is payed too. Clear and detailed information in regard to the order will be made available by mail. Any questions about the possibility of ordering, the status of the purchase or any dificulies during the order will be answered as soon as possible, but in any case within 2 working days.

Photographs
The used images of the artikels shown on the site of Dasje.nl are fotographs. These are made as accurately as possible to give you a just impression of the offered artikels. However it is possible deference in color or pattern excists in regard to the delevered order. Dasje.nl can not accept any responsibility of annulment in regards to the delivered order.

Can i sent a purchase back?
A delivered order may be returned within 10 days after oderdate to Dasje.nl. This is only possible if and when the delivered artikels are un-used and in the original package returned. The costs for the return shipment are for the buyer. If and when the returned shipment arrives at Dasje.nl after the mentioned period, or damaged, the buyer will still have to pay the order price in full. Orders which are bought by Dasje.nl on specific request of the buyer, and mentioned as such by Dasje.nl to the buyer, can not be returned or cancelled. Dasje.nl has confirmed its services according to the Dutch law “Bescherming van de consument bij op afstand gesloten overeenkomsten” (Protection of consumers by purchases on delivery).

Acces and services on the site Dasje.nl
Dasje.nl, and the service provider of Dasje.nl, will do all that is possible to keep the acces and service of the site as optimal as possible. Dasje.nl can does not warrant that this will be uninterrupted or error-free and will not accept any responsibility on these points.

Prices and availability of products
Al artikels are available from stock. Stock can vary per product and Dasje.nl can not give any warranties about this. In case a product is not deliverable from stock, and can not be ordered by Dasje.nl, there will be no responsibility in regards to Dasje.nl. Prices offered on our site are subject to change without prior notice. Dasje.nl will not be liable for any diferences in price changes.

Privacy
You're personal information will only be used for correctly processing of a purchase and will never be given to third parties, unless the costumer has declined his obligations. This protection includes all information given to Dasje.nl regarding gift-orders. If you want we will keep you up to date regarding the latest news and specials of Dasje.nl though our mailinglist. (At the moment only availeble in Dutch.) Participating the monthly questionaire is not yet possible for residents outsite the Netherlands and Belgium. 

Ownership restriction
The ownership of the delivered products stays with Dasje.nl until all obligations to Dasje.nl have been resolved. The giftpackage in which order are shipped may not be re-used in any way without the consent of Dasje.nl. Re-usage of this package , including any risk and claims by third parties, are legaly for the buyer.

Dasje.nl subscription
An agreed subscription is meant to automatically receive a new tie 4 time a year at home with a very attractive discount. The moment of accepting the agreement is considered as the first trimester. Hereafter every next trimester a tie, which Dasje.nl has labelled as most popular, will be shipped to the participant. The choice of the tie of that trimester cannot be disputed. Payment must done before shipment. Every year (beforehand) the agreed amount will be payed (and received) to the account of Dasje.nl. Here too the conditions apply mentioned above under 'What are the payment options'. The subscription is tacitly extended after the first year and at the request of the participant (by mail/posts/telephonically) to suspension (after the first year) it will directly be stopped. The participant receives a written affirmation of this. 

Claims of injuries in regard to Dasje.nl
The usage of a bought product at Dasje.nl is at own risk. Dasje.nl does not accept any claims or responsibility as a result of wrong usage. Either normal (legal) or illegal usage. In all cases of disput Dutch law is leading. Any other liability of Dasje.nl shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the costumer for the products that were ordered through our site.
